3. What proof do I need to provide when I reach out?
Please have your Order Number ready and prepare to provide clear photos of the physical damage or a short video showing the functional defect.
4. Who pays for the shipping of a verified broken product?
You do not pay anything for shipping. Once our team reviews your photos or video and confirms the issue, we will handle and arrange the return logistics directly from our end at no cost to you.
5. What happens after the return process is initiated?
We will provide you with a return reference number for your records.
Our team will then request your bank details to process your reimbursement, and your refund will hit your account within 2 to 5 business days.
