You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your package is dispatched.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location. You can check the estimated delivery time at checkout before finalizing your order.

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported with evidence. Approved cases may be eligible for replacement,
exchange or refund after verification. We do not accept returns for change of mind, used items, fashion size errors (exchange only applies), or hygiene-sensitive products unless they are defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
