The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner

Overview

Is a chemical exfoliant from The Ordinary skincare range. It’s formulated with 7% glycolic acid, a type of alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that gently exfoliates the top layer of your skin.

 How to Use It

• Apply at night, once daily after cleansing.
• Use on a cotton pad or with clean fingers, avoiding the eye area.
• Follow with moisturizer.
• Always use sunscreen (SPF) the next morning — glycolic acid increases sun sensitivity.

NOTE:  If you’re new to glycolic acid or have sensitive skin, start with 2–3 times per week and build up as tolerated

Precautions

• Avoid using on peeling, compromised, or very sensitive skin.
• Do not mix with other strong acids or retinoids in the same routine — this can cause irritation.
