Vendor Store Management Guide

This guide will help you manage your store, upload products, and optimize your listings effectively.

1. Setting Up Your Vendor Store

Store Logo & Banner

To ensure your store looks professional, upload your store branding assets with the following dimensions:

  • Store Logo: 96px × 96px
  • Store Banner: 850px × 300px

Store Information

Ensure your store details, including contact information, social media links, and store policies, are correctly filled in.

2. Uploading Products

Product Images

For a consistent shopping experience, use 600px × 600px images for product listings. Ensure your images are clear, high-quality, and properly cropped.

Automatic SKU Generation

Each product’s SKU is automatically generated, incorporating the first two letters of your store name followed by a unique number. Example:

  • Store Name: Bellazuri Limited → SKU: BE-101
  • Store Name: African Crafts → SKU: AF-202

3. Adding Products with Variations (Color, Size, etc.)

If your product comes in multiple colors, sizes, or other attributes, follow these steps to create variations:

  1. Go to Products → Add New Product.
  2. In the Product Data section, select Variable Product.
  3. Click on the Attributes tab and add attributes like color, size, material, etc.
  4. Check “Used for Variations”, then click Save Attributes.
  5. Go to the Variations tab, click Add Variation, and assign prices, stock levels, and images for each variant.

Click Save Changes and Publish your product.

4. Managing Inventory & Orders

Inventory Management

  • Keep track of stock levels to prevent overselling.
  • Enable stock management to automatically update product availability.

Order Fulfillment

  • Check new orders regularly.
  • Process and ship orders within the expected timeframe.
  • Update order status for customer notifications.

5. Store Performance & Best Practices

Optimize Product Titles & Descriptions

  • Use clear and descriptive titles (e.g., “Hyaluronic Acid Serum”).
  • Write detailed product descriptions with features, materials, and benefits.

Pricing & Discounts

  • Set competitive prices based on market research.
  • Offer discounts or promotions during peak sales seasons.

Customer Support & Engagement

  • Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Encourage customers to leave reviews for better store credibility.
